    Lightweight, comfortable, water resistant. I've worn it over waders with limited insulation under it and stayed pretty comfortable till 1pm often. Usually below 32° and winds. Was in "blinds", boat or wood, and shivered some, but wasn't uncomfortable enough to leave. Thanks Drake.
