RETURN POLICY

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase from drakewaterfowl.com, you may return eligible item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date.  We offer an extended return window for orders placed between Nov 1, 2024 and Dec 16, 2024; those may be returned through Jan 15, 2025.

Regular-priced items are eligible for a full refund if clean and unworn and in the original packaging including hangers, bags, tags attached, and wader boxes. Closeout and Final Sale (Sale) Items are not eligible for return.

  1. Locate your order number and email address used for the order.
  2. Select the items you’re returning. Ineligible items will not appear.
  3. Choose the return reason from the list.
  4. Select exchange or return to store credit or original form of payment.
  5. Print your prepaid USPS shipping label.

Returns are subject to a $7.95 handling fee which is deducted from your refund amount. Once a return option has been chosen, it cannot be changed by customer service.

Refunds are typically issued 3-5 business days after our Returns Team receives your package. It can take up to 10 business days after we process the refund for you to receive the refunded amount. All online order charges and refunds on your credit card statement will appear as Icon Outdoors, LLC. Please allow additional processing time during peak shipping times and holidays.

Important Info:
  • Closeout and Pit items are Final Sale and not returnable. 
  • Returned merchandise will be inspected before issuing a refund or store credit. Items that are not in resalable condition due to alterations, undisclosed damage, or worn will not be accepted.

WARRANTY CLAIMS 

Our Warranty is for one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is available to the original purchaser and covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. If your item was purchased from one of our certified dealer locations and fails during use within 30 days of purchased date, please contact the store before submitting a warranty ticket. If your item is older than 30 days, please provide your proof of purchase with your Warranty Claim Ticket. Warranty Claim CANNOT be filed without a proof of purchase or a Drake Waterfowl web order number. All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis to provide the best solutions for your situation. Your request will be assigned to a Customer Support Agent through our Customer Support Portal.
