To be eligible for warranty, the defect claimed must be due to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship; Drake Waterfowl is not responsible for normal wear and tear, nor failures caused by abuse, accidents, alteration, modification, misuse, or improper care.

How To File A Wader Warranty Claim:

If purchased directly from Drake, please visit the Returns/Exchanges/Warranty Portal to start your claim. You will need to have your original order number and other order details. You are responsible for charges related to shipping the waders to Drake. Drake will cover return shipping charge of the replacement wader to you.

If purchased from an authorized Drake dealer, please enter a ticket in the Drake Waterfowl Customer Service System to begin the process, using the name from your Warranty Registration. If your wader model is unavailable, we will offer replacement options, and any upgrades may require a fee. You'll receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) to include on your shipment, which should be sent using a trackable service.

Warranty on Other Items
Drake Waterfowl stands behind our products which we build with industry-leading materials, workmanship, and technologies. Should you encounter any defects in materials or workmanship of any of our items, please let us know by entering a ticket in the Drake Waterfowl Customer Service System for a warranty evaluation.

Limitation of Liability
There are no other express warranties beyond the terms of this limited warranty. In no event shall Drake Waterfowl, its suppliers, or distributors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages including property damage, loss of value, or any damage to third-party products used in or with the Drake Waterfowl product, nor shall any implied warranties extend beyond the duration of this express warranty. In no event shall Drake Waterfowl Systems be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the product failure. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
