Shipping & Billing Procedures

SHIPPING:

Drake Waterfowl ships Monday - Friday, excluding selected holidays. You'll be provided with the total shipping and handling cost during your checkout.  You will also be able to track your order on our site and receive emails as we accept and ship your order.  Your tracking information will be sent to you in the shipping email notification.

For Expedited and Express delivery, place orders before 11:00 a.m. CST Monday-Friday for best chance to ship same business day. Please note: Drake Waterfowl cannot guarantee same business day shipments, but we do our very best at getting order out as fast as we can. 

Shipping to P.O. Boxes is not available.  

Shipping outside of the United States is currently not available.

Prices listed on the website are in US dollars and will be charged in US dollars for all orders placed.

BILLING:  

All online order charges on your credit card statement will appear as "Icon, LLC.

PRIVACY & SECURITY:
