I finally found a pair of waders that fit me. I am 6’4” 255lbs. I normally wear a xl tall or xxl tall t shirt and a 38x34 pair of jeans. I originally ordered a 3xl tall pair but they were too tall and too roomy in the chest and waist. I exchanged them for a 2xl regular pair and they fit great. I have the straps adjusted almost as short and they will go and I have the belt tightened up quite a bit. This will allow for additional layers. In the picture I’m wearing the Drake eqwader hoodie and still have plenty of room for more layers and still have unrestricted movement. The boots fit great and are comfy. The magnetic pockets are a nice feature and I’m sure they’ll come in handy during the winter months. The zipper feels tight but that is to be expected for a waterproof zipper. The buckles on the straps are metal and seem like they will hold up to years of use. I will do a follow up review later this year after our trip to North Dakota for a week of waterfowl hunting and after using them here at home.

I've had the opportunity to use these waders on multiple duck hunting excursions. They provide exceptional comfort and warmth, making for a more enjoyable experience outdoors. The materials used seem very durable and built to last. I've found them to be a reliable piece of gear in challenging conditions. The key takeaways that could be improved are the belt and shoulder strap material. I feel that it could be built with a more sturdy material that doesnt stretch as much, same with the belt. The knee pads can be a little tight sitting down. However the overall fit is fantasric. Overall, I am very pleased with the performance.

These are the waders you have been waiting for! I have had great success with the Drake and have been wearing the Guardian Elite T-zips for the last few years. However, I wanted to snag these up to give them a try this year.
These new boots are super comfortable. I wear the same size I was wearing in other waders and boots. I like the ledge on the back of the boot that allows you to take them off a little easier. The zipper is heavy-duty as our the new shoulder straps. The belt has been redesigned and of course the knees are heavily reinforced. I also really like the new stash pouches on the inside of chest of the waders. There is a removable hard case side pouch. These waders are extremely comfortable as well and look great.
So many new features - you won’t be disappointed!
