Description

The Hardline 3-in-1 Jacket offers adaptable protection for any condition. The outer jacket features a durable 5.6oz/190 GSM 3-layer waterproof/windproof/breathable polyester shell with a DWR finish. Comfort is enhanced with a soft micro-brushed tricot lining in the hood and collar, and handwarmer pockets. Features include a vertical Magnattach™ chest pocket, large waist storage pockets, a YKK® Vislon® main zipper with storm flaps, adjustable cuffs, and an ergonomic fit. The lightweight inner jacket boasts a durable, tightly woven nylon shell and 3oz/100 GSM synthetic down insulation for packable warmth. It features a YKK® Vislon® main zipper and self-packs for easy storage. This system provides customizable warmth and weather protection.

    Awesome for wet weather!

    Took this jacket to the coast last week and that cold front pushed in high winds and snow our 2nd morning hunt. This jacket kept me dry and blocked thie wind and was very comfortable

    Great jacket

    Warm and comfortable. This coat is very warm and fits true to size. I was impressed at how warm it kept me for over 5 hours standing cold water at below freezing weather.

    Outstanding Value

    I am a 2XL (6’2”, 250lbs, 47” chest) in most things and I would say this jacket leaves plenty of room to layer even over waders.

    I am lucky enough to have several jackets at varied price points. The Drake is certainly the best value. I would say the shell alone is worth the price you pay. The outer jacket material reminds me of my old issue ECWCS only a little bit shinier. Two sets of hand warmer pockets, nice cuffs, nice shell pockets, and a magnetic Napoleon style call pocket.

    The inner jacket could probably be considered an extra at this price, but it is also outstanding and surprisingly luxurious in feel.

    My only suggestion / comment I guess would be that the upper hand warmer pockets seem rather high. I get they are meant to work with waders, but they still seem high to me. My waders have a hand pocket anyway so I usually just use that.

    Time will tell on durability but the material and the construction seem good.

    Highly recommend!
