RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are returning a non-defective item ordered from drakewaterfowl.com please visit http://cs.drakewaterfowl.com to request an RA# and receive instructions for your return.
If you need to return or exchange an item for any reason, you may do so within 45 days of receipt provided that the item is in new, unused condition with the original hangtags attached. Before returning your item, call us toll-free at 1-866-521-5012 to request a Return Authorization #. Items must be returned in their original packaging, including hangtags, hangers, bags, eyewear cases, boot boxes, or wader boxes. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it has been altered or damaged. All returned goods must have a Return Authorization (RA) number. We are not responsible for lost items that are returned without an RA#.
Please note that items sold in "The Pit" promotion or that are marked Non-Returnable, Closeout, or Sale may not be returned or exchanged.
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on baselayers or underwear items.
All eligible returns, including gift items, will be refunded to the original form of payment only. A refund of the merchandise and taxes will be given however shipping and handling for the delivery and pick up will not be refunded.
If you are due a refund: Refunds can be expected within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes:
• The transit time for us to receive your return in our warehouse from the shipper (5 to 10 business days)
• The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it in our warehouse (3 to 5 business days)
• The time it takes your bank to process our refund request to your account (5 to 10 business days).
Items older than 45 days that failed during use due to manufacturing defects are subject to our Warranty process. Call us at 1-866-521-5012 to speak with a customer service representative regarding warranty issues.
