Bill (a.k.a. Quacker) has hunted waterfowl in New Jersey and Eastern PA since 1989. The addiction started when his Uncle Rich introduced him to the sport and he shot his first black duck over a South Jersey coastal salt pond. A proud member of Ducks Unlimited, Delta Waterfowl, and the New Jersey Decoy Collectors Association, he was born in Ocean City, New Jersey in 1972 and has never lived away from the Jersey Coast. Over the years his hunting excursions have taken him to an endless array of tidal creeks, ponds both salt and fresh, bays, and swamps in a region that is rich in waterfowling traditions. This entire region has always been chock full of baymen. Fishing, hunting, clamming, oystering, decoy carving, waterfowl guiding, and boat-building was -- and still is -- an important part of New Jersey's Heritage.
"I am lucky enough to live right in the Atlantic Flyway and on the border of the Coastal Zone and South Zone of our duck season", says Bill, "This gives quick access to great waterfowl hunting all season long."
"I am very proud to represent Drake Waterfowl Systems as a Field Expert!"
"Thank you Drake for awesome gear!"
