My name is Jerry Kryspin, Jr. I was born and raised in Wilmington DE. I primarily hunt in Kent County DE, in and around some of the state Wildlife Management Areas and Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge. I have been hunting waterfowl ever since my father first let me tag along at the ripe old age of 4. I can still remember playing retriever and chasing after crippled Canada Geese in the cornfields. One of my favorite sights while waterfowl hunting is a big, ol' Drake Mallard with his wings cupped, taking One More Pass over the decoys, on a snowy December morning, gliding gently into the decoy spread! Aside from spending time with my wife Jennifer, daughter Avery Mae and son Jerry III, I enjoy volunteering for the New Castle County Chapter of Delaware Ducks Unlimited (www.nccducks.org). I am currently serving as the Co-Chairman for our Annual Fall Sportsman's Dinner. NCCo Ducks Unlimited has been a DU President's Top 100 Chapter for Fundraising since the Top 100 Program's inception in 2004. We look to continue this trend going forward. Fresh after the waterfowl seasons and into the early summer months, I also help coach a 15-16 year old Senior Little League team in Chesapeake City, MD. Coaching kids is a very demanding and rewarding experience that I enjoy thoroughly. I'm very excited for this opportunity to support Drake Waterfowl by being a member of the Field Expert Team.
