I currently reside in Overland Park, Kansas and I am 33 years old. I was introduced to hunting and fishing at an early age by my dad. It all started with carrying a BB gun while following English pointers down hedge rows and ditches in Southern Iowa for Quail and Pheasants. As well as catching pan fish with minnows and worms which progressed into being successful at fishing bass tournaments years later. I have been waterfowling for the past 17 years, each year I get more and more obsessed with the sport. I hunt primarily in Iowa, Missouri, Kansas and Saskatchewan. 90% of my hunting trips are on public land hunting out of marsh type layout boats. I truly enjoy every outing with friends and family no matter what the bag holds at the end. A couple of years ago I started competition duck calling as a way to extend my season. I have yet to get the elusive "Bus Ticket" but it doesn't stop me from trying. I have several top 5 finishes at state and regional calling contests. |
