 Field Experts Product Development & Promotional Team Our Field Expert, Promotional & Product Development Program consists of a select group of waterfowlers who know a quality product when they see it. These individuals are world-class hunters and game callers that are truly the best of the best. They wear the Drake brand, tell the success story of our company and sister companies McAlister, Ol’ Tom, Rutwear and most importantly, endorse the products with their hard-earned good name. In short, they are the driving success story behind Drake as they assist with product ideas and promotional opportunities. This is an exciting new program that has taken off and become a big success here at Drake. The level of applicants has been enormous to say the least (in the thousands) and plans are to keep the number of FE’s at a minimum (around 3-5 per state) or adjusted slightly according to the areas of need.If chosen, it’s important for each of you to clearly understand what this program involves. Field testing products is only part of what this program is about. Drake’s field experts are a large part of our promotional efforts. To be a member, you must believe in Drake products and you must be willing to promote Drake and what we are all about. Ideally, an FE is recognized as a good hunter in his local area and is a well respected member of his/her community. Hopefully, an FE is in contact with a fairly large group of hunters who respect his/her opinion(s). Some activities that current Field Experts are involved in now include: ambassadors to the public for Drake, independent contractors performing a service "at will," working vendor events or outdoor shows, assistance on writer and media hunts, videography (ones that are experienced), writing articles for the website, taking high quality, still photos for our use (ones that are experienced), assisting with spreading the word about new products, etc. These are just a few examples of what we expect from our FE team. If you feel that the above interests you, and that you might hold some qualities of the examples listed above, then fill out a Field Expert application form today. We are constantly looking for talented individuals to become part of the Field Expert team. **Note to Applicants** The following states have currently reached their maximum capacity of Drake Field Experts: Arkansas, California, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, and Texas.
