He has been hunting ducks and geese since he was 14 years old. He started guiding hunts in 1989 at the Eagle Nest Ranch. He started competing in goose calling 2003. Chris was born and raised in the Canadian Goose Capital of Colorado, Weld County. Chris prides himself as a Colorado waterfowl expert in knowing where the geese are. Chris served as the land man for the Colorado Waterfowl Association in 1989 and 1999. If Chris is not found in the field chasing ducks and geese you will find him in a Belly Boat on one of Colorado's beautiful lakes, fishing the Arkansas River, chasing turkeys in the spring, or dove hunting prior to the waterfowl season. Chris has been happily married to his life companion and wonderful wife Traci for 18 years. I could not do all the great things I get to do without all of her support. Thank You Traci.
