Brian Bergeron

-Brian Bergeron |
Brian Bergeron, 28 years old, full time waterfowl guide, married to a very understanding wife, father of two little girl, 2 ½ years old and newly born. I was born and raised in the ''Hard-Woods'' region in Victoriaville, Quebec and I'm still living there.
I'm the owner of a small Pro-shop since the end of 1999, That I opened after receiving my Professional Study diploma, (DEP in french) in Sales Consultant and a Professional Certificate, (ASP in french) in Sales Representative. I was selling equipments from many companies, blinds, bags, decoys, calls, everything that touches waterfowling. Now I concentrate more on Custom Calls, Customs Decoys and some specialized equipments like Wad Wizard Choke Tubes. I'm also a Pro-Staffer for Giant Killer calls.
Since my incomes depend on waterfowl, I don't have any choice to have high quality products.
I just accepted an association with Sebastien Jacques, owner of Guide de la Montérégie, (Montérigie Guide Services). A well established Guide services in the Province of Quebec. We are putting our forces together to give the best services and hunting opportunities in Quebec. We are hunting Canada and Snow geese, Puddler and diver ducks and if the demand is there we can do sea ducks too. Guide de la Montérigie do Coyote and upland hunting too. I'm responsible for the waterfowl hunting. With the help of another guide we cover 4 distinct region, Montérigie, for canada geese opportunity, Hard-Woods, soon to be a new capital of snow geese and good canada goose hunting too, Quebec City area, ducks (puddler & diver) on the st Lawrence River and snow geese on Orleans Island and the Lower St Lawrence river, for ducks (puddler-diver-sea) and geese.
I'm working as a full time guide for 3 years now, operates my Pro-Shop for 5 soon 6 year and I had been giving seminars and calling lessons for 2 years. Being a waterfowler for 16 years, I hunted in 3 Provinces, volunteer for Ducks Unlimited for 15 years, member of Delta Waterfowler for 5 years and member of different waterfowling associations in the Province of Quebec. I'm also a writer for a web waterfowling magazine called ''Sauvaginement Votre'' and I'm also at the preparation of articles for a magazine call Aventure Chasse & Pëche.
My goal is to share and 'educate' waterfowlers to some new techniques, products and be able to make them see the sport with another view, that is not only returning home with limits but to have and cherrish good time with friends, family and 4 legged companions.
