We will pick one winner each month through December 31, 2007, to win a set of hunting gear from Drake - each of those winners will go into the Grand Prize drawing for a waterfowl hunt with a Drake Elite Team member of their choice. PrizesEvent Winner Prizes ($370 Retail):Rules & RegulationsEligibility: sweepstakes open only to legal United States residents at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Drake Waterfowl and its affiliated brands, agencies, and their respective immediate family members are not eligible. Prior to acceptance of prize, the Grand Prize winner must complete any and all required hunter education courses, firearm safety courses, and any other state and federal requirements in order to obtain a hunting license.Official Sponsor: Drake Waterfowl, 8136 Industrial Drive, Olive Branch, MS 38654 866-521-5012 | info@drakewaterfowl.com Registration: Register at Eligible Events or online at www.drakewaterfowl.com through December 31, 2007. Entry form must be completed as requested. No purchase necessary to enter or win. Sponsor is not responsible for late entries, communication errors, failed computer or technical issues that prevented prompt entry. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries which the Sponsor believes were tampered with or which impaired the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this sweepstakes. Winner Selection: Monthly winners will be selected on or about the 5th day of the following month. Contest will run September through December 2007. Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about February 15, 2008. There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected. All winners will be selected by a random drawing from all eligible received prior to December 31, 11:59PM EDT. The Monthly winners and the Grand Prize winner will be notified my email, mail, and/or telephone at Sponsor's sole discretion. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. All winners will receive their prizes within four weeks after the conclusion of the Sweepstakes. General Conditions: All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the responsibility of the winners. By participating, entrants agree (a) to the rules and decisions of the Sponsor and judges which shall be final in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) to release and hold harmless Drake Waterfowl, its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers and employees from any and all liability, for any damages, injuries, or losses of any kind to persons and property, arising directly or indirectly from the acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prizes or participation in the Sweepstakes. Any prize or prize notification returned as undeliverable will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. No prize transfer or cash redemption is permitted, but Sponsor reserves the right, in the event of product unavailability, to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. Disputes: Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prizes awarded, other than the administration of the Sweepstakes or the determination of winners shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Mississippi or the appropriate Mississippi State Court located in DeSoto County, Mississippi; (ii) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes but in no event attorney's fees; and (iii) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, and out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NO ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CNOSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Mississippi, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules with would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Mississippi.
